Design Proofs
Prints and Framed
On the prints and framed prints a proof is not sent before posting however I am happy to provide a proof if you request

one but to keep my prices low I can not offer a redesign service unless there is an error on this. Over the year of

running Kat Von Bling I have been able to keep prices low and past the savings onto the customer by keeping these guidelines.

Jewellery, prints and framed prints are sent using 1st class Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK.  If you are ordering these items from  anywhere other than UK/NI, you will be sent a paypal invoice after your order has been placed for the additional Air Mail costs. Canvases are sent using a courier service to mainland UK Only. Many of the products can be posted overseas please ask for further information.
Products are made to order and Kat Von Bling cannot offer a money back guarantee we will not accept returns without

prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged goods.

Design vary
Please note we will try our best to ensure the closest match possible, however images and designs may vary slightly

from the ones viewed on your computer.

Risk and Title
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
Events Outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non happening omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action

Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster

Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks

The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Entire Agreement
These terms & conditions and any document referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.


We intend to rely upon these terms & conditions and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any Contract. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms and conditions to be confirmed in writing.

If any of these Terms & Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
